Pros
* Solid group of people, looking out for each other and focused on success. * Continual technical challenges, never a dull moment, rewarding to see the positive results of all our hard work these past few years. * Dedicated leadership team with a clear vision of where the company is headed and how to get us there. Communicates effectively despite recent rapid growth. * Great benefits and flexible schedule, but like all startups, flexibility goes both ways, so be ready for long hours from time to time.
Cons
* Still working on building out a better development process after recent rapid growth, but starting to smooth out. * Cramped quarters but we will be moving to a larger office in a few weeks which should alleviate that.
