Pros
- Work life balance: All of the founders have families and understand that there should be a life outside of work. Everyone works super hard, but if you need the time, everyone is very respectful and doesn't give you any crap about it. - Friendly team: The people here truly want to help you, and are super friendly. Management is pretty good about hiring people that fit the culture (no super egos allowed!) - Competitive pay, great benefits
Cons
- Maybe it's a startup thing, but there are too many dogs in the office sometimes, which gets tough as we are starting to outgrow our space. Guess that's not a con to dog lovers out there. - Very few food options in the area for lunch, but the company does provide food in the office.
