The team at Roofstock is one of the most intelligent, driven teams I have had the pleasure of working with. Unlike many start-ups, the culture and atmosphere are very mature, and the level of transparency from the top down is motivating. Our goals as individuals, teams, and a company are well thought out and expressed, and everyone is grinding day in and day out to get us where we need to be.
