Pros

This hospitality group is the most interactive and hands-on company I have ever worked for. I loved the owner and how he would come in multiple times at our location during my employment there.

Cons

It is very groupie, working there at either location they have. They have a solid family that they have built, but if you don't get accepted you are quite osterized from them.
