Pros

I believe that the firm excels in cultivating a high level of professionalism and politeness between individuals working within the firm. Supervisors go out of their way to demonstrate their appreciation for work done on assignments, and the culture is very strongly against abrasive personalities - it'd be extremely rare to encounter screamers. The general work the firm engages in is fairly high-level, particularly within the Boston market, and as far as entry-level attorneys go, the level of work compares well to peer firms. The firm's strategy for growth seems well-thought out, and it still preserves the one-firm atmosphere across various offices.

Cons

The firm's business model of hiring a large amount of entry-level associates necessitates a seemingly higher level of attrition than other equivalent firms. The level of work possible in Boston firms in general might be somewhat lower than that available in DC or New York

Space on some floors remains a challenge. Food options improved nearby but still not right next door.
