Pros
In 2000 was a very different culture, Employees were well thought of and well compensated There was a real sense of mutual respect, camaraderie and teamwork between staff, attorneys and management.
Cons
Sadly that all changed with the passing of the years Staff Management relations were very adversarial when I left Compensation is still good, but not worth working in a numbers driven, quantity over quality environment.
