I had a very positive experience working here. My bosses were supportive, HR was flexible, and colleagues were genuinely friendly. Company also promotes diversity. Even though it’s an MNC with strong benefits, the culture feels warm, close-knit and family-like. Want to know if the company is good-> looking at the employee turnover. Every workplace has challenges. Here you are working with multiple stakeholders from overseas affiliates and HQ so sometimes there are misunderstanding but nothing major.
