Company is not structured yet (in process) so good place to learn, grow if you are allowed.

Cons

Rigid HR, works like desi family owned company, no processes, they call themself international or global but do Discrimination. Stress full environment for people who work, and who dont enjoing their best days of life. They moved their office and asked people to leave their job.

Very family driven and can be very flexible with WFH options as well as putting home life first. Also great opportunity to move horizontally if you want to try something new

Great products prior to entering soluble fiber and protein. Dominated the confectionery space, literally untouchable for very good reasons. Very differentiated corn syrups, syrup solids and maltodextrin. Very knowledgeable team in France, capable of solving any challenge. Mastered use of their ingredients in pharma, food and industry.

Cons

Company got lost with the challenges in fiber and protein. HQ team does not like bad news or to be challenged on ideas. Canada plant came online when pea protein market imploded. Many talented and capable employees left. Unprofessional behaviors go unchecked.
