Lack of inspiring leadership from the top Lack of transparency, ethic and fairness in the overhaul management line except a few managers High turnover on newcomers not helping on change “Laisser aller” on border line managers and management practices in some departments - not addressed by relevant management nor HR Very complex organisation impacting staff and customers (not working) Poor change management (only top down PowerPoint)

Very family driven and can be very flexible with WFH options as well as putting home life first. Also great opportunity to move horizontally if you want to try something new

Great products prior to entering soluble fiber and protein. Dominated the confectionery space, literally untouchable for very good reasons. Very differentiated corn syrups, syrup solids and maltodextrin. Very knowledgeable team in France, capable of solving any challenge. Mastered use of their ingredients in pharma, food and industry.

Cons

Company got lost with the challenges in fiber and protein. HQ team does not like bad news or to be challenged on ideas. Canada plant came online when pea protein market imploded. Many talented and capable employees left. Unprofessional behaviors go unchecked.
