Frustrating! - Anonymous employee Rosenbauer Employee Review

Very hit and miss with training. Spent weeks on end just showing up and doing nothing but watching time fly. No training budget or training plan. Other times training was hands on, fast and furious. Few promises when hired were fulfilled. Do not provide you with what you need to fulfill your position, guess work is on you only to be told you're wrong by them.
