Poor pay and strict attendance policies hinder workplace morale - Cashier Ross Stores Employee Review

- Good Community/Positive Work Environment - Clear Communication on Hours

- Schedule changes frequently, difficult to predict

I enjoy the employee discount, however, we had our quarterly meeting and all im receiving a small quarterly bonus which I'm sooooo very grateful for. Granted we are a new store and opened in October but I was expecting at least 1 dollar raise. Maybe the next quarter will be better!!!! 😀

The things I do not agree with is we need to clock out for dinner being the only MOD on the floor bc of payroll and we can try to make it up while we are not busy
