Cons
-Okay so I'm a front end supervisor and to be honest at first I said yes to the job because I thought there would at least be a little bit of a raise but no, this is no promotion! This may as well be just volunteering to be held responsible for everything that goes on! as an FES I'm expected to be in charge of breaks and lunches, train new associates, be on register, hand out change, help with returns, be in charge of answering the phone, making sure all other associates are doing what they're suppose to do, making sure there's 3 customers per cashier in line ugh the list is endless! if another associate messes up or anything goes wrong the FES gets the blame. Management is not very nice either, he expects me to do hundreds of things at once when it is impossible to do so! it is all about being fast on register! fast fast fast, ring up fast, and at the same time we are REQUIRED to make conversation with the customer and at the same time call up the next customer over before you're even done with the customer you're helping...management...that is extremely rude. There's just too much pressure put on an FES, we are expected to know everything and I'm sorry I still have questions or don't know well on certain policies sometimes! Everyday is VERY VERY busy in the store I work in so sometimes its impossible to get every little thing done and taken care of, and its hard to do all this and at the same time clean up the mess from all the returns on the service desk! We aren't gods we're human beings and its hard!
