Pros
Working for Ross has to be the worst working experience a person could have! The only thing that Ross has that makes the company worth working for is there employee discount. There is no other reason I would suggest anyone to work for Ross!
Cons
Constantly I was asked to work overtime, but if i refused I was reminded how I could be fired! The working environment is terrible! Management does not help employees they only yell at supervisors who yell at employees to work harder with limited supplies. I was never trained for ANY of the positions I held(Bc my managers could not find batteries for the remote control for the training dvd player!!) My mangers and supervisors were very rude,mean,and unsympathetic! They were rude to customer's & rude to employees in front of customers, very unprofessional.
