      Pros

      They're very flexible especially if you have another job and happen to be a college student. Managers are friendly Co workers are friendly Clean store We get safety parties which have free food, that's always a plus.

      Cons

      Lack of hours and pay are the only cons I can think of. After the holiday season the hours are cut back a lot, and for what we deal with , customer wise. We don't get paid enough.

      Pros

      I enjoy the employee discount, however, we had our quarterly meeting and all im receiving a small quarterly bonus which I'm sooooo very grateful for. Granted we are a new store and opened in October but I was expecting at least 1 dollar raise. Maybe the next quarter will be better!!!! 😀

      The things I do not agree with is we need to clock out for dinner being the only MOD on the floor bc of payroll and we can try to make it up while we are not busy
