Pros
I honestly don’t have any.
Cons
Leadership does not care about individual people who work here, they only see the bottom line. They are dismissive. I’ve seen instances where someone has devoted 10-15 years of their life to this mediocre company and as soon as they raise a concern they’re pushed out. Don’t bother trying to share your opinion because it will be at best completely ignored and at worst held against you. They used to ask how they could improve the environment but never took action based off of that feedback and have instead stopped asking. They think offering “perks” like snacks once every six months that you have to wait in line for 2 hours to get will fix all of the deeply rooted problems with this organization. Not to mention the lies they tell about flexibility (hint: there is NONE), promotions (only if you suck up to the right people!!!), etc. The second something goes wrong leaders are quick to point the finger at anyone but themselves. HR will completely ignore complaints, and along with the aforementioned terrible leadership, helps create an environment that borders on institutionalized bullying. Manager’s speak to their direct reports incredibly disrespectfully. There is a culture of exclusion, cliques and bad mouthing other people who work here. I’m honestly surprised they haven’t been sued. There is a gross lack of diversity from the interns all the way up to the c suite. They never acknowledge this, or any worldly issues that are relevant to their workforce. You’ll never get an honest answer from the higher ups, you might as well be an analyst on an earnings call. The office is a nightmare, elevator lines, outdated with no real amenities and have I mentioned the mice?! Those of us who are still here aren’t in this situation for lack of trying. We are desperately looking for new jobs. Run, run RUN!!!!!
