They are young and have no idea how to grow effectively - They are aggressively hiring local and regional management, with promises of growth and an imaginary role. Once in that role, all authority is stripped and mandated from a corporate level. The company is constantly changing - implementing and then un-implementing strategies - they are disconnected for the real-field world of recruiting. Executive and regional management leaders are dishonest and hide behind Mission Vision Values of the company - At times, feels like a cult!
