Some supervisors just "accessory" only, they don't know how to do the real work. They just busy from one meeting to another meeting. If come to the real work, they are using term "delegate" to dump all the works they don't know how to solve it to their sub-ordinates because they think they can, they using the term "projects". The sub-ordinates then overwhelm with the workload and if the sub-ordinates are not successfully solve that "projects" being dump to them in timely manner on top of their regular work tasks, then the supervisors using that excuses and put it on the MAP (job performance platform) as the way they threaten the sub-ordinates.
Too many office politics. Especially with new women directors coming, the culture is shifted to the worse. Culture of fears, lip service talks, hypocrite created and sprouting in every department. They fired who ever they thought in "opposite" directions with them.
