Pros

Lead way room for advancement good coworkers

Cons

Underpaid, tech are asked to work late to cover call still left on the board, no extra pay for working second shift or every weekend senior tech get's favoritism, not only do they work the great morning shift they don't have to work weekends at all but the get paid at a higher percentage than someone who been there less than two years oh yeah they don't work Holiday either, At least not at my branch. Having to pay for your own truck tools, and gas. You may make 40 to 50 a year but you better believe you gonna spend 20 of that in expenses

Pros

Dispatch from home Reimbursed for mileage

Cons

Slow, and you are reliant on the quality of leads in which dispatch sends you. At the end of my experience, had only had anyone from 1-3 leads in my entire twelve hour shift. Meanwhile, you will be held accountable to unreasistic expectations - even when it is slow (lack of empathy and understanding from leadership).
