Pros

You get to work alone. You get paid weekly. They provide some tools. They pay for some gas mileage

Cons

The training is not enough, especially for people new to plumbing. The percentage you get from jobs is only 20% which is ridiculous. The prices are hard to sell especially depending on if you are in a low income area. They write you up for not selling 70% of your jobs. They make you drive to headquarters every week to turn in your sales instead of having a database that employees can easily use. Too many pointless meetings about how much money the company is making(no talk of raises or bonuses when the companyis doing well). The tools that are supplied are not enough and you are not allowed to solder at any job. You have to provide your own work van. The company itself is predatory when it comes to its customers and employees.

Pros

Dispatch from home Reimbursed for mileage

Cons

Slow, and you are reliant on the quality of leads in which dispatch sends you. At the end of my experience, had only had anyone from 1-3 leads in my entire twelve hour shift. Meanwhile, you will be held accountable to unreasistic expectations - even when it is slow (lack of empathy and understanding from leadership).
