Pros
You can make a good living working here. You can start with 0 experience and start off making good money after training. (10 weeks) . You do make commision so you have to work for it. You can have meet some pretty cool people doing this. You get to feel like the hero a lot. Honestly not a bad place to work
Cons
You'll have those days where it sucks. Some days you don't make a lot or a a job doesn't go right. But when you need help just ask. They'll help. Can't say the management was terrible but then you'll have those days. You have to buy and manage your own van. They reimburse fuel.
