Pros
Global company which does give opportunities to work in different countries. Apprenticeship program is excellent. Generally the people are a great bunch with many people having worked here for years
Cons
Lots, and they are getting more obvious the bigger the company gets. Lack of HR processes and policies lead to too much discretionary decision making. Rotork House are too removed from the factory and the Directors there do not venture to the factory enough and so are out of touch. Those who work in the factory are prone to the 'woe is me brigade' thinking they are so hard done by when actually if they spent more time doing the job they are paid to do, they would have less time to moan. Some great managers but they are trying to turn the Titanic, it can be done but it needs new leadership to be successful.
