Excellent Place to Work - Anonymous employee Rotork Employee Review

The people at Rotork are great and there are excellent opportunities for development. It's not often that you have a company where the CEO and other Senior Leadership will stop to have a chat with you about your day and know you by name, no matter who you are and what you do. People at all levels of the business work together closely and help each other out, there is very little politics, people really do believe in and embody the company values (which we're actually chosen by the employees). Overall, I love working here and think its a great place to start, continue, develop or see out your career.
