      Pros

      I loved the atmosphere of the company. As they are a market leader in the field I felt very supported and my supervisor was knowledgeable and approachable.

      Cons

      I was a remote employee and my time was shared between the northern and southern depots. Sometimes this lead to confusion in my part as culture and practice varies between the sites.
