      Working on the machines

      Cons

      Corporate micro manages. They always think you are stealing and never trust anyone. They don't pay you your worth. They pay everyone the same even if you have years and years of experience. On the store level it's amazing but corporate has their hands so far into the store you can not do anything. Corporate promises the world and goes back on their word.
