      Can be pretty flexible with scheduling/vacation time. Also, the people can be fun to work with. Definitely a good job to get supervisor experience in.

      There seems to be a lack or care from corporate and raises can be a joke. Some of the managers get away with a lot

      Pay could have been better, wrong concept for Roseburg (Clubhouse) menu was too diversified, should have kept it simple. Parent company was not committed to the people who worked for them.
