Pros
It's good for a part time job to make money as a student. Easy job as you either clean, make pizzas or drive around town. Not too much customer interaction other than at the door.
Cons
Management is usually an issue. They try to promote too quickly and dont have a great training program so people resent the managers. I loved my general manager, but supervisory managers were subpar.
