Pros
Employee stock ownership program is good, especially if the company is doing well. There is ongoing training. The corporate people are very nice. The job is fun and fast paced.
Cons
The pay is not very good at any of the store levels and turnover is very high. Not enough opportunities for people to make the jump from store to corporate.
