      Pros

      Get the right franchise and it can be the best job. Mine puts people first, both sides of the counter, and is full of kind respectful people with high standards.

      Cons

      Takes some time & commitment to move up, but worth it. Irregular work hours, still dealing with the public, which can get tricky.

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
