Pros
Most of the supervisors are very relateable people, and are not overly strict. The store has a regime that is easy and simple to follow, and employees are more often than not willing to help each other out. As usual, your work schedule conforms around school if you attend, and other jobs. Sanitation is very important while in the store, front and back.
Cons
Some days can be monstrously busy, and when the deep cleaning day comes around, expect a closing shift to last even longer than usual. Even while on extremely calm days with no work to be done, you will be ~finding~ something to do at all times on the Manager's orders. The manager himself is a fair man, however he is ruthless in his control of the store, and will overtly punish you for the smallest mistakes.
