      Pros

      Flexible schedule, shift duty stations vary each day, and I had a fantastic manager that made it a priority to work with and help the other staff in terms of days off, schedules and takes into consideration what station the staff member wants to work.

      Low pay and physical work.

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
