      Pros

      Free lunch buffet Tips are paid at end of shift (at least for drivers) Nice family restaurant atmosphere, and the employees actually believe in the quality of the product/service they are providing.

      Cons

      Sometimes your shift will be cut short because business is slow that day. Can get hectic when there aren't enough clean plates, or an order gets mishandled, or the power goes out...everyone can get worked up over small road bumps.

      Pay could have been better, wrong concept for Roseburg (Clubhouse) menu was too diversified, should have kept it simple. Parent company was not committed to the people who worked for them.
