      Work environment is fairly relaxed and not too serious. Pay , depending on position, can be decent in comparison to other places. Flexible schedule and time off is fairly easy to get (unpaid of course).

      Cons

      Poorly trained staff can lead to frustration at times.

      Pay could have been better, wrong concept for Roseburg (Clubhouse) menu was too diversified, should have kept it simple. Parent company was not committed to the people who worked for them.
