Pros
There is structure and controls
Cons
As a Franchise the owners are forced to Spend money on Construction of their restaurants Everytime the corporation is sold. Round Table has been sold twice in the last six years causing confusion and cost increases everytime some overpaid consultant comes in and decides to rebrand and ubdate the restaurants. they increase the value of the restaurant so they can claim an increase in value for the next sale that is putting undue stress on the owners, which in turn causes undue stress on the crews. Subway has suffered with this. McDonalds,Burger king etc are all undergoing these costant transformations. These increased costs are being passed on to consumers without any benifit. Refocus on the crews, get them better benifits and you will see an increase in better product and better service at a much lower overall cost. Maybe i'm wrong with my thirty plus years of experience.
