      Very understaffed. You're constantly doing 3 jobs at once. Customer service is failing because of this.

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
