Pros

Subsidized lunches twice a week, on-site gym, pay is okay. Udemy was nice to learn new skills. There is opportunity outside of role but you will need to advocate for yourself.

Cons

There is a finger pointing culture and it starts at the top with the CEO. Company uses EOS which is suppose to help resolve issues internally within departments but instead bringing up an issue is seen as bad.

Pros

I’ve been working at Roundstone Insurance for 8 months, and it has been an amazing experience! The company culture is truly something special. Managers and executives genuinely listen and welcome feedback, which creates a supportive and empowering environment. I especially love Roundstone’s CORE values: Live Well, Work Smarter, Own It, and Be Intellectually Curious. These aren’t just words—they’re actively reflected in how we work and grow as a team. One of the most unique things about Roundstone is the monthly meetings with the Owners, where open dialogue and transparency are encouraged. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that values both its people and continuous improvement. I’m proud to be here!

Cons

I do not have any Cons.

Pros

Compensation is generally good but money doesn’t buy happiness.

Cons

Category ratings don’t lie - culture and senior management is a big problem. They always have been and will continue to be.
