The benefits are really great and service provided to customers has a real value.

Cons

Employees are offered little to no autonomy. Leadership rules by fear and expects you to be a "yes man." Even if you are experienced professional, your knowledge is not valued by leadership who thinks they know better.

Managers and executives genuinely listen and welcome feedback, which creates a supportive and empowering environment. I especially love Roundstone’s CORE values: Live Well, Work Smarter, Own It, and Be Intellectually Curious. These aren’t just words—they’re actively reflected in how we work and grow as a team. One of the most unique things about Roundstone is the monthly meetings with the Owners, where open dialogue and transparency are encouraged.
