Roundstone does what it says and communicates directly and honestly. Their core values of intellectual curiosity, accountability and health & well being mean something to these folks. Not a place for anyone to hide. A great place for anyone looking for a meaningful, engaged and rewarding work environment. Consistent Inc. 5000 and NE Ohio Top Workplace award winner.

Managers and executives genuinely listen and welcome feedback, which creates a supportive and empowering environment.
