Pros

Roundstone truly is a hidden gem. I was a bit skeptical to start based on a few of the other reviews. However, I am so glad that I made the jump! It is a small company, for now. Upper management truly cares and takes pride in their work. Roundstone is fast growing and on the right track. The benefits that they offer are progressive in a way. They have more than most employers their size and bigger! Including the basic benefits like health they have: Tuition reimbursement A personal trainer Occasionally have free meditation sessions A gym inside the building And many others All in all, Roundstone is a great company with great opportunities.

One of the most unique things about Roundstone is the monthly meetings with the Owners, where open dialogue and transparency are encouraged.
