      If working with people with developmental disabilities is your cup of tea....well .... this place is always in need of YOU...

      Cons

      Management falls short of sensitivity to both client and employee need ratio which put both client and employee in a unsafe situation...especially when the client is not having a good day.

      Pros

      Unlimited food is provided on work days and you work 7 out of every 10 days. Located right on the CO River so plenty of things to do on free time if you like nature and a slower style of life.

      Long work days with little time off.
