Learning opportunities are based upon very simple concepts. If you are a fresh graduate, this may be an easy place to start as any real engineering challenge is handled by parent company Ford/GM etc. There are a lot of garbage engineering projects that no one wants to work on and new guys pretty much get funneled into that trash can.
Before Roush I worked at a larger automotive corporation and I went right back afterwards. If you can find a job at a larger automotive company your benefits and life will be better.
