Old-fashioned, behind the times, an interesting stepping stone, very high turnover for a reason - IT Support Analyst Roush Industries Employee Review

The company will not spend money on IT whatsoever, they were easily 7+ years behind basic IT standards. Lots of critical systems on outdated/unsupported software which lead to enormous operational headaches for everyone on a daily basis. Barely anything had a defined process to follow, and if it did it was 5+ years old and didn't apply. They expect their employees to go above and beyond with no recognition, promise promotions that never happen, managers speak to you as if every day is your first day on the job and it was a very cliquey environment in general when I was there. The environment is very old-fashioned and sexist to the point managers wouldn't trust a female subordinate to perform menial tasks on their own and I even witnessed a project manager, in front of a room full of people, tell an administrative assistant that she could dance on the conference table with no repercussion whatsoever from HR (and he offered that she could come back after hours too!). I could go on but I'm getting annoyed even thinking about it. I feel like if I stayed there any longer my experience and knowledge would've actually started to regress.
