Good, stable company that is customer-service driven; great open door policy, executive management is approachable.Management is willing to reward hard workers.
Cons
The company has a tendency to be cheap, and can be a little stingy, especially in certain divisions and with lower level positions. However, there is opportunity to move up within the company; most of the upper management started out on the shop floor.
