Test Driver, Vehicle Evaluator - Test Driver Roush Industries Employee Review

You are thrown into operating new vehicles with literally a few minutes to familiarize yourself with it's operation, before going out in a caravan of a few other drivers. Not enough breaks, considering the safety element of driving for 8 hours straight. Not enough paid time to complete written evaluations the way they really want them. Most drivers just go through the motions and check off things so they can go home after being exhausted. Considering the fame of the Rousch company name, I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in the job and environment.
