They wont keep you from management over little things, like not knowing basic shapes, or having no clue how to deal with people.
Cons
The absolute worst corporate culture ever. God awful pay Horrendous conditions Every project is over budget before it even begins If you work hard and do well they take away any support and pile more on Managers seem to have no issue blatantly acting on personal vendettas In just over a year there has been a roughly %100 turn over rate in 2 of 4 sub-departments and %50-%75 in the other two
