Same bonus for 30 yr skilled or 1 day button pusher,more overhead than actual laborers, lack of steady work,overhead get more overtime than actual money makers,bullies and brown nosers get away with doing less, smokers,tokers, drinkers get more breaks,raises aren't associated with experience or seniority,supervisors given positions based on Butt kissing not experience .
