Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. First let's focus on the positive: you hit the nail on the head. Our people are the best and we do indeed have great people working at Roush. And we do work on the coolest projects for some of the most incredible organizations in the world. Your comments under the heading "Con" are troubling. We absolutely do not condone aggressive, mean or rude behavior. HR does in fact very much want to help employees in these situations and have a well-defined protocol for intervening, assessing the situation, and working with those involved to hopefully achieve a positive outcome.
