Work is remote for the most part. Killer Benefits

Cons

The customer is not the #1 priority of the company. It goes in this order. - Ownership - System Security and stability (which I get) - Owners development needs - Special side projects - The everyday dealership/customer - I have to play the part of a Recruiter, Support Center, Sales, Development and Collections team to get things done for the customer. No one works together outside their department. - It is very difficult to manage expectations with clients and development team. Development doesn't know what a deadline is. - people move around all the time in this company but seems to be all lateral moves. No opportunity for significant job growth, career advancement, or pay increase/incentives

Cons

- Bad pay - Extremely high call volume with very little time off the phones - Changes are made without consulting agents first - hurts workflow - Management doesn't care - Level 2 and 3 teams don't read tickets half of the time - No room for career growth - Have to request ALL time off including all holidays
