Pros
RouteOne is a great place to grow your career. The culture is great and you really do feel valued here. Your work certainly matters and you can feel that your efforts are making a difference.
Cons
Unfortunately, as much as I would love to stay here long term I feel that the opportunities for advancement are limited. This is a small organization and as such openings are limited to when people leave or are otherwise promoted (rare). This means you could be potentially stuck in the same role for years. I would say it is a great place to learn new skills and develop your resume but eventually you will need to move on if you really want to advance in your career.
