Pros
You get to work with some smart, bright people. Company has some interesting projects to gain very good experience on when first entering into the industry and has good training. The company also has decent benefits and good social activities to promote a sense of "family". Office is also nice and has a gym.
Cons
The company plays favorites. Many employees hard work go unnoticed and a couple climb to the top if they can ride the coattails of certain well liked employees who are on the inside track to success. All the pros are drowned out by all the complaints from fellow coworkers. There is always gossip going on with higher ups speaking bad about fellow coworkers. The company is very serious about billable hours. Working the normal 40-hours a week is frowned upon. If you ever leave work 15 minutes early one day, you will get in trouble because the senior management has eyes on everyone. No overtime.
