      Pros

      Great place to work with a great group of people. The company has a lot of talent and you can learn a lot from others. The work environment is relaxed but challenging nonetheless.

      Cons

      The company is growing and this has caused a culture shift. Some of the staff may feel "lost" in the company without a clear path for advancement. Advancement opportunities largely depend on the people that you get a chance to work with.

      Pros

      Easy to learn and do field work but when you get into the office have to hunt for billable work. Depending on the job will get a good amount of OSHA trainings

      Cons

      Pay- expected to work over 40 with a "bonus" that is not equivalent to hours work Company trucks need replaced Always hunting for billable work Come in on weekends to prep for Monday work Location of office in very far south NJ Management will not give you the time needed to meet and discuss goals or issues and surprise things at you. 95% of sites are in NNJ.
